What a fantastic place and wonderful team that helped my daughter and I. This was my daughters first time picking out frames and dealing with insurance. Deserey went above and beyond helping us,she is a wonderful person and so patient. A big thanks to her again and we will definitely be back.

The assistant store manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t like when someone ask questions. Long story short, I purchase two pairs of glasses, the price was over $1900 so I wasn’t getting no cheap glasses. I called to find out if I could get the original lenses that the glasses original came with since I was getting prescription glasses, to which the assistant store manager responded; “we don't give those out per policy and you can purchase them separately if you want” which I proceeded to ask why and she said “I’m the assistant store manager and what I say goes. You can either buy them separately or not” she then proceeded to say other rude and unprofessional things. I don’t as nothing but cordial and polite and didn’t deserve to be treated like that, I’m paying for a service for two pairs of expensive glasses and not asking for anything for free. She should be trained on how to train people, and explained that it’s not what you say but how you say it. I would not be coming back to this store, and will make sure that everyone I come across knows not to go there.

Walked in with broken glasses I didn't even buy there and they were so nice. Fixed it for free! I will be coming back this weekend to get my daughter a new pair of glasses.

Absolutely amazing team! They helped me pick my glasses and were so sweet during the process from pick out to pick up! I worked with three of the people there on separate visits and they’re all spectacular! Even the manager chimed in to say how lovely my sunglasses looked (at pick up) which made me feel great about my choice!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
