They don't scan your prescription into the system, so you don't get notified of anything. Multiple pharmacist have yelled at my doctor over the phone, and my doctor actually recommended me switching pharmacies. Trust the reviews, these people are a joke.

She refuses to put a supervisor or the pharmacist on the line. It takes so much patiences trying to deal with that lady. Why is she so angry? Well i've had it enough so i've now went to the district manager and filed a formal complaint with kroger. Next it will be the bbb. No one should have to deal with this. I'm simply trying to get my medicine. Kroger will not be getting business any longer
