    This kroger has the best staff. Every pharmacist i have came across in the last 10 years give A* service. The pharmacy tech are amazing as well. I wish the main store had the service they have.

    This has honestly got to be the worst pharmacy ever!! Tried calling multiple times and their line cut multiple times! I finally got a hold of someone and some lady had some attitude whenever I told her about the issue with the phone just so they can be aware of it ! Please don’t fill here and fill at another Kroger!!

    Understaffed, quite rude, and apathetic. Dropped my prescription off, was told it would be 45 min to an hour. Went to pick it up 1.5 hours later and I got told it would be another 30 minutes along with a response of, “Well thats the way it goes sometimes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ my pharmacist is on break“ I went across the street to have it filled in 15 minutes. Don’t go here.

    This is my second time at this location, the staff that I’ve dealt with personally have spoken to me rudely. I didn’t let it get to me the first time around because surely people have their days. I was shocked That this happened again. People picking meds up are obviously dealing with things in their personal life and you would think the people working as pharmacists would be more empathetic towards their customers. I guess i shouldn’t be surprised, looking at the world we live in, kindness seems to be so far fetched.
