I have nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy and its staff. Jimmy, the pharmacist, is helpful, diligent, and always has actionable insight on medications prescribed and/or how to best address insurance hurdles. Every single person on staff who answers the phone and works the register is always so helpful getting to the bottom of things and offering solutions. Whenever there are prior authorizations, delays, or any other limitations, they are quick to help solve. More than once, my daughter's controlled medication has gone through changes, required signatures/authorizations, and has had insurance coverage issues with the presentation prescribed. Right before the ice storm hit, we had run out of her meds. With the mess described above along with a prescription that took a while to get to the pharmacy, we had a recipe for disaster. As soon as I got on the phone with this Kroger Pharmacy and they received it, they filled my little girl's prescription within 20 minutes as an exception. It was a godsend! I also appreciate their text message notifications along with the status banner on the app when our prescriptions are ready. For a mom of 3 with a lot to keep of track of, this is useful and helps me avoid having to actively call to check in. My only pain point was navigating the automated phone menu at first, but once you get through to an actual human, every single person at this location shines for how well they do their job. Highly recommend!

I’m not one to write reviews all the time about unenthusiastic employees getting paid minimum wage, but the lady working on lane 3 pissed me off today. I looked at the line and I got in line 3 to check out since it was the shortest. The lady checking out tells me that there are other lines open and that I should go to those instead. I figured maybe she was about to close her line after she was done with her current person. But nope, I had moved to another line with more people and watch as she started taking more customers. She even told other people to go to other longer lines when hers was the shortest. What kind of BS is that? Mind you, the other lines consistently had more customers checking out and she’s out here telling people to check out there instead, even if they’re literally next in line.

Not the best... Far from perfect. There scanners are pieces of crap. I let it screw up once. The second time I walk away and leave everything where it's at. Hold up that scanner and then let them pay someone to put everything up. That's what they get for not having any lanes open with cashiers. They never have everything I want Anyway so I will end up going back. Also they move things around to much and then cut store hours. Maybe if they were open longer they would have time to stock everything. I would be able to get everything in one trip.
