Every time I’ve gone to fill a prescription it is an hour + wait despite having it called in days before. Additionally, the staff isn’t as friendly and doesn’t seem to care like they have in the past. There are many better options around the area.

They have been days late filling my auto-refill prescriptions a dozen times over the last few years and always try and make it my fault by saying “you should’ve called when you only had 5 pills left”...I’m sorry, but I thought the purpose of auto-refills was to prevent customers from having to call them in! Even when I’ve called with 5 pills left, they were STILL late getting it to me. Also, I have a co-pay card through Pfizer that covers 100% of the cost of my prescription, and yet every single time they try and charge me $100 and every time we have to set up the co-pay card again. And again. And again. And again. Avoid if possible.
