EDIT : the black lady with BLONDE hair is NICE. she as the one who helped me originally and made the process simple and smooth. every time i go she’s doing her thing in a good way.
- ADAlyce DunnDec 11, 20255.0If you just MUST come to this facility and aren’t a pro at getting poked, ask for Kevin. Kevin deserves 5 stars plus some. He’s such a kind soul who actually seems to care about more than just a paycheck. He goes above and beyond with donors and is the only person I feel comfortable near me with that needle. I was overly poked at my 2nd visit, and only 2nd time donating ever, by another member of the staff who is still at this location. Since then, I developed a real fear of needles and got mad anxiety thinking about my previous experience at this location. I adventured to Octapharma (which I do not recommend either). It took 2 months but I came back to this location and thank God, Kevin was my phlebotomist. I explained to him I was petrified and he was understanding and was very professional when inserting and stabilizing the needle. I was told making requests were okay I just wish there was a better way to know if certain staff were available. It becomes draining trying to gamble the odds if the person you’d like to request is there or not. I don’t plan on returning, but just want to extend my gratitude towards Kevin for his service and pray there are others like him in the field. Thank you Kevin!
