Jeremy Guerrero one of the phlebotomist is also very kind and respectful he makes people laugh when they come in and brightens their day. I always have a good experience when I come to donate here at the Forest Lane location.

The front end staff are always friendly and welcoming and the phlebotomists do a great job as well. Jeremy and Kevin are great and make the stick almost painless. The wait times are usually low and everyone makes you feel valued and appreciated. Highly recommend.
