    I called the day before to get an estimate on appointment completion time. I ride the Paratransit so I need to give them an estimate on pickup time. CSR, was rude. This was Lenscrafters, not Dallas Eyes Now. Lenscrafters was listed as who I would be seeing. Dallas Eyes Now were very good.

    I had to change my appt twice, even with that the office staff were just lovely. I recently had back surgery and they got me a chair. The office stuff upfront as well as the physician staff were great. Thank you!
