My experience was different this go around, once I arrived, I did not have an appointment. I encountered 2 ladies at the counter, of the ladies was handling a call, the other lady ask could she help me, I gave my Drivers License, then the lady handling the call ask the other lady for help, no give me a minute or ask if she can call that person back on the phone, or both ladies could of switch roles, final after waiting 5 minutes. I was finally checked in. I told my seat next to
3 other people, Doctor comes out, and call my name, while the exam room with him, he states sorry I called the incorrect person back, me thinking how, you call Sanders my last name, he did apologizes and ask to have a seat back in the waiting area. I need to clear I went to the tech first, back to the waiting, then the doctor called.
It did not take long for me to be called back into the exam. So much for that.
What witness after I am completed in the book, the straw that broke me down was, now there is another lady at the first to check me out, I could tell she was nervous, no problem we all have been the new person at a job. Keep showing up Laqunda, she was struggling to make me a appointment, finally appt made, I ask what the doctor is bringing me back for in 1/2026 this clinic does the test on Saturday, I got a firm yes. Well both of the other ladies (Stacy & Jacky) did not step in to help this employee, recover from a mistake, I made eye with one of the ladies and Laqunda states I got it, she did not, still to working as a team, Laqunda was approached and the works, you NEVER scheduled there, no I am going to take over from and I will explain once we slow down etc, the other 2 ladies ignored the newly employee, talked amongst themselves, no smile on any of the 3 ladies faces, so much tension was felt, the folding of the hands, eye rolling, facial expressions, you name it. I was very disappointed.
