At the time of my visit, I was given a written estimate and told exactly how much I had to pay without using my insurance, because it was supposed to be cheaper that way. I paid that amount in full. However, several months later I received another bill claiming that my insurance didn’t cover the visit — even though we had agreed not to bill the insurance. They used the form I signed (which only showed the estimate and insurance information for reference) against me, saying I had authorized all charges. This is misleading and unethical. To make matters worse, the people who answer the phone are rude, unprofessional, and even mocking. They show no interest in helping patients resolve billing problems. ⚠️ Be cautious with this dental office. Their billing practices are deceptive, and their staff lacks !!!!
