- JTJenny TrueDec 16, 20253.0This studio setup honestly makes it really hard for both instructors and students. There are huge pillars that block the view, so depending on where you’re standing you either can’t see the instructor or can’t hear them. The instructor’s mic comes through a separate mobile speaker instead of the overhead system, so once the music is loud, cues get completely lost. The music itself was way too loud, and the playlist felt chaotic instead of intentional. Because of the audio issues, none of the sequences really flowed with the music — it felt more distracting than motivating. Lowering the music or fixing the sound setup would make a big difference, because right now the space just isn’t set up for a good class experience.

I prefer other studios in Dallas compared to the West Village location. The instructors I’ve taken aren’t the friendliest of the other studios around town. I think if you want people to come back you should try being a little kinder!

- DDDavid DembeckJun 28, 20214.0I mostly attend classes at the Henderson location, but this West Village one is my 2nd choice. It's new construction and modern/clean as such. The studio and rooms are small, as is the community, but I still have enjoyed classes taken here. CPY really isn't spiritual/hippie like yoga can sometimes be portrayed - personally that's not my style so this company fits me.
