  I had the most amazing visit here! I was anxious, as I had never been to a dermatologist before, but the staff had such a calming vibe, I was instantly quelled of all anxieties! Dr. Swali has amazing bedside manner and treated me so kindly. She addressed my concerns and explained everything in great detail! I would definitely recommend coming here! Front desk was lovely too! 😊

  I’m a new patient and was pleasantly surprised with how fast they were able to get me in. I felt like Dr. Swali actually took the time to not only look at my skin but also listen to the problems I was having!

  I’m familiar with the location & after reading reviews and seeing Dr.Swali’s profile picture she represented professionalism, but also I saw a caring person, so I booked an appointment . When I entered the office it beautifully furnished, and filled with a refreshment area I was instantly greeted by the warmth of the front desk Staff who calmed my nerves, She along with the other Staff member were so pleasant I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, the Doctor’s assistant definitely helped My nerves, She was so understanding and kind, & patient. Now Dr. Swali was kind, understanding and she showed compassion & most of all she listened, and asked Me, what I wanted to do, and now I have a diagnosis and a treatment. I highly recommend her And will definitely be returning.

  Loved this place!!!! I have had eczema my entire life and have seen countless of providers (which have done a great job in their own way), but the derm & nurse that I saw here were very thorough in my examination and treatment plan. I am so relieved as my skin makes me so miserable, and I’m excited to finally get some answers after 28 yrs of dermatitis!!

  I recently had my first visit with Dr. Ritu Swali, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff especially Christine, was welcoming, organized, and professional. The environment was clean, calm, and very well run. Dr. Swali was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing, explained my diagnosis clearly, and outlined treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciated how she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care plan. What stood out most was her professionalism combined with genuine compassion. It’s rare to find a physician who is both clinically excellent and personable. I left feeling reassured and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Swali to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive dermatologist.
