  Truly a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The provider took her time with me and was very thorough and detailed. I felt safe and comfortable and the process was seamless. I would recommend this dermatologist!

  It was a great experience , The doctor & the nurse are very proffesional , educated , valuing my time , answer all my questions . The place is clean , comfortable , and well originized ,they deserve every mile driven and every cent paid , thay are amazing

  I’m a new patient, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a full body scan with Dr Swali, she was very respectful and detailed in her exam, it was the best experience I’ve had with this type of scan.

  Great first-time visit, the staff was awesome and Dr. Swali was very professional and nice as well as her nurse who worked with her, they listened and answered all my questions and concerns regarding my visit. Front desk workers were very informed and professional along with being nice.

  I have seen Dr Farberg in the past and about a month ago and both times he has been very professional and nice. HOWEVER.. getting ahold of anyone in this office is nearly impossible. It’s crazy how hard it has been to get through to someone. The person that brought me back and stayed throughout my visit with Dr Farberg named Sierra told me if I needed anything or had further questions to message her on the portal and she would get back to me. I said great I did and I waited a month and still no response. I have called multiple times left multiple VM for the nurse and no call back. I called on Tuesday and did get ahold of someone named Becca she gave me an email to send some pictures to so Dr can look at them since it is the same thing as what I’ve been seen for a month ago. I told her I’m having you stay on the phone until they go through she said she got them. I check today on my email and it says they never sent and I have not heard back through email at all from them. The communication in this office is severely lacking and disheartening because if you have poor communication that’s poor patient care. I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to go even though I really liked Dr Farberg so that’s disappointing.
