  The doctors and clinical staff are amazing! Had a great experience here medically. The front desk can be rude and accusatory. Several passive aggressive comments have been made to me over the phone. I recently called to ask if I would have to reschedule my appointment due to some medication I was instructed to take for a recent illness and the woman I spoke to became very aggravated and proceeded to berate me for taking the medication I was prescribed. When I rescheduled the appointment, she very rudely said “don’t take any of that medicine before you come next time” in a deeply unpleasant tone and then hung up on me. The doctors are great but the customer service needs a lot of work

  Highly recommend Dr. Sugerman. He diagnosed & has helped my husband tremendously with a rare immune deficiency disorder called CVID. He is competent, personable, understanding and caring as well as every member of his office. I really appreciate how professionally run their office is, and entrust my husband’s care to them completely.

  Bree is always so nice and asking how my previos shot went. Always in a happy mode
