  Stella Mabhugu is an outstanding pharmacist. She stepped in during a frustrating situation, immediately de-escalated things, and had my prescription ready within 15 minutes as promised. Professional, calm, and genuinely customer-focused. Bravo, Stella.

  Having used this pharmacy exclusively for more than a decade (during which time they've received approx 250k in Medicare reimbs), knowing they have all my contact info on file and they are aware that I am disabled & homebound, was it entirely unreasonable for me to expect they could've given me 5 minutes notice before they inexplicably pulled the rug out from under me by discontinuing delivery service? No warning, no communication, no excuse, medications their competitors haven't any issue with delivering. I would think twice before I ever did business anyplace who would intentionally jeopardize their customer's health & safety without even affording you the opportunity to move your prescriptions to another pharmacy before it's too late. You've already missed doses by the time you're on the phone desperately trying to find somebody who can make a special trip out of their way to bring you your medications. Shocking even by today's customer service standards.

  Could not fulfill a simple prescription. Took over 3 days to get the meds, when I was told it would be ready by noon each day.

  I have been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years and upon my last 2 visits I have encountered extremely unpleasant customer service. The past two visits I have arrived to the counter and waited 5 minutes with no greeting. The time before my visit today I confirmed via phone that my order was ready. When I got to the store I was told my order was not ready and that I needed to wait 15 more minutes. I walked around Albertsons for 20 minuets and when I returned Mary Grace was huffing and puffing with the sight of my return. She rolled her eyes and with an attitude was finishing up my order. Today my trip consisted of a crowd of employees complete ignoring my existence when I walked up to the counter. The lead pharmacist and manager Ezinne looked me up and down and turned around to get on her phone. There was also another pharmacist and tech on their phones sharing social media posts. I am unsure if the policy with phones out when computer screens have sensitive medical informations…my gut tells me it’s a HIPPA Violation. The past two times Mary Grace has assisted me but with an attitude as if it was a bother to help me with my order. I revived my order after Mary Grace had to rush her way to make my order with the Manager telling her she doesn’t even need to rush cause no one should have told me over the phone a time limit of my order being completed. I was then accosted and questioned with who told me to come at a specific time and I do not have any idea.The entire staff is unpleasant, condescending, and lacks customer service skills. I will not be returning to this pharmacy and feel terrible that others will encounter this group of employees.

  My husband had surgery Wednesday morning and while he was in recovery, I called to confirm this pharmacy had received his prescription. It was confirmed that they did at 10:45am. I went later in the afternoon to pick it up and was told that it was not ready yet, and wouldn't be ready until the next day. Thursday afternoon, I went again and they had the antibiotic ready but not his other prescription. My husband had surgery Wednesday morning and by Thursday early evening was STILL not able to have any pain relief due to the pharmacy not filling his prescription in a timely manner.
