  I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this office! Run for your life and find a different provider. You can't get in and out of this place. Even the simplest of appointments take two hours at the least. Regardless of having an appointment, the waits are extremely long. Cleanings are never thorough. They just hurry up and do a quick scrape. My teeth never feel clean afterwards . I'm due for a cleaning which they have not mentioned at all and I refuse to allow them to do it. I'm going to find a new dentist office to do my cleanings. I've had braces on for three years and I can never get a clear answer as to what's going on with my teeth and when my braces will come off. No expectations are set. No questions are ever answered clearly. And I wholeheartedly believe my treatment should have been completed by now. And last but not least, they failed to schedule me in the system even though I checked out and received an appointment card. So I have not had my wires changed or my teeth looked at since 11/2025 and we are now 1/2026. I called and can't get an appointment until February. This entire experience has been an absolute nightmare and as soon as my braces are done I will thank the heavens that I never have to step foot in there again. Monica and Bertha are the only good people here. They deserve a better office to work for. If you have dental insurance there is absolutely no reason you should visit a low quality dental practice like this one!!!

  I recently visited Dr. Morris and her staff at the Cocckrell Hill location. Everyone in the office were professional and polite. I would recommend A.D.& O.to others for services.

  As a person who has had very traumatic experiences in the past with dentistry, I absolutely love this place. The staff is kind and welcoming from the front desk up until the back. And my teeth feel so clean now ;) Thank y’all !

  Came for something they told me I had to to go in I went and they said nothing was wrong I lost hours from work just for them to tell me nothing was wrong they also said my pressure high i was under the sun and nervous that's why It was high went home and checked it and I had it normal
