  So I came in recently for probably my 2nd visit and although the actual dental work was done well, I found it strange that they walk you through the process of leaving a review and generate a review for you! Wasn’t gonna leave a review but I saw one person mention it from a day ago and decided to say something too. Some of the reviews sound so made up and even have statements like ‘ I loved the service from Dr ABCD(literally) lol. There’s really no reason to do this because people will leave good reviews if you so a good job and simply ask them to. Doing this to make sure their ratings are always high is crazy. Both times I was there some members of the staff were also quite pushy with getting me to do future procedures. I told one lady I needed to think about it and her reply was ‘what is there to think about.’ Crazy thing to tell a patient and it happened on both my visits. Won’t be returning.

  Had an AWFUL experience today(my 3rd visit). The dentist that was filling my teeth gave me an anesthesia that left my ENTIRE FACE feeling numb and my vision blurred. During the injection, I felt a very strange and strong BURNING sensation that l've never felt from any dentist before. I immediately knew something was wrong and I signaled to her to stop, questioning why there was a burning sensation and my vision abnormally blurred. The dentist wasn't reassuring at all and looked in panic herself. She kept saying 'don't worry it'll go away after 30 mins' which never happened even 30 mins post procedure. They even offered to have me stay back until my vision was back so I could drive home safely but I was so annoyed and just left to go seat in my car. Immediately after the dentist left the room, I was approached by another staff member asking me to complete a survey to rate the service provided which I found ridiculous not only because the service provided was bad but also because they knew I could barely see clearly at that moment. FYI, THEY HAVE A VERY SPECIFIC STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE THAT THEY WALK YOU THROUGH TO FILL OUT THE SURVEYS WHILE THEY STAND RIGHT AT YOUR FACE. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO TYPE OUT YOUR OWN AUTHENTIC REVIEW BUT RATHER HAVE AN AI SYSTEM THAT GENERATES THE POSITIVE REVIEW FOR YOU BEFORE THEY SIMPLY ASK YOU TO COPY AND PASTE IT ON GOOGLE WHILE THEY STAND. NEXT TO YOU. THIS IS WHY MAJORITY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE SOUND VERY GENERIC ESPECIALLY IF YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THE WORDING AT THE START AND END. GENERATING THE WORDING OF REVIEWS FOR PATIENTS IS A BIG RED FLAG! VERY TRAUMATIZED BY THAT EXPERIENCE AND THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM BY MAJORITY OF THE STAFF. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WON’T BE GOING BACK.
