She was completely transparent and I felt I was in great hands. I am a healthcare worker myself and can recognize when someone truly cares about your care and results. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and really made me feel comfortable. They were patient with me and took the time to explain the entire vein removal process and answered all of my questions without rushing me. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I’m beyond happy with the results—the area looks amazing. You can tell they really care about both the quality of their work and their patients’ overall experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser or vein treatments—you’ll be in great hands!

I was first told they could not treat me due to my skin tone, then told there were options, then told those options were unsafe, and later told certain treatments aren’t even performed on the face. There was no clear or confident guidance. What made the situation worse was being asked about my racial background, including how dark my father is. As someone who is mixed (Black and Hispanic), this felt inappropriate and not relevant to a proper medical or cosmetic evaluation. I respect providers who prioritize safety, but this experience lacked clarity, consistency, and professionalism. I ultimately left feeling uncomfortable and without confidence in their ability to treat my skin. If you have melanin-rich or mixed skin, I would strongly recommend choosing a provider who has clear experience, communicates confidently, and treats patients with respect.
