  I have loved my experience with Dr. Gunderson. She is very attentive to details, listens well and has provided an excellent treatment plan for me. Unfortunately, the office experience has not been the same. I wait 30-40 minutes after my appointment time before I am called back for every appointment. There are also very limited days/times for appointments which is difficult for those of us that also work and have kids. The parking situation is a bit ridiculous due to payment required every visit.

  Must read before your appointment… My experience with this doctor was very upsetting and unprofessional. During my visit, she told me she believed I had cancer because I was experiencing a heavy menstrual cycle and said the lining of my uterus was way too thick which she said usually means cancer. I feel she treated me this way because I had seen her about a year ago regarding a hysterectomy she suggested that I have, which I chose not to proceed with at the time bc I was afraid and just not ready. That’s a lot to process. I returned for care bc after a year I was experiencing a heavy cycle after being put on blood thinners. She just seemed really irritated by me and I felt like she was really trying to frighten me to assure I went through the hysterectomy for sure this time. While I was alone in her office, she told me she believed I had uterine cancer without compassion or sensitivity or test results to prove it because I had heavy bleeding and she kept saying the lining of my uterus was way too thick. She just kept opening her eyes wide as if she was afraid for me & it’s was urgently without a doubt cancer! She did a biopsy on me and was very very rough. I cried so much bc it hurt like hell. I never want to experience that again! My cycle was very heavy and there was so much blood everywhere. I had already shared with her that I fight depression and don't have a support system here due to my husband being out of town on business & I'm not from Texas. I was all alone! Her approach left me frightened, terrified and deeply hurt! I'm thankful to God & glad my mind was strong enough to reach out for help from the community I built here. I later spoke with my other doctors who are very caring & helped me not to fall into depression & who agreed that the way she handled the situation was very unprofessional! I have since found a new OBGYN who listens and treats me with care. Her biopsy was not painful at all. I only felt a little discomfort. I sincerely hope this doctor learns to approach her patients with more compassion and caution when discussing such serious matters. I would not recommend her to anyone ever and I pray that she has compassion for her other patients. As for me, I’m cancer free & being treated as a human elsewhere! ❤️

  "How do I begin to explain Regina George?" .... hmmm...The office staff are rude! Specifically Regina is rude. I have seen Dr. Parnell (father) since 2013 and Dr. Parnell (daughter) since 2024. Regina has been there for 16 years and has had an attitude for 16 years! She should not be the 1st face you see! You should be greeted with a smile and a welcome, but yet you are met with GRUMPY from the 7 Dwarfs! At first I thought it was me, but my mother, sister, sister-in-law, and best friend all have the same thing to say about Regina George! Why work at a women's clinic and pack that MEAN GIRL spirit in your empty lunch bag everyday? Try bringing in a sandwich instead! You think you have so much power because you play TSA at that desk by clicking your pin and telling someone to sign in...and in reality you do. Your mean spirit unfortunately sets the tone for that office. You control who can see the doctor and who can't. "Who shall Regina George show grace to today?" So from here on, every time I step in there and you slide that glass back and I am not greeted properly MRS. GRUMPY, you will be the reason this office, with it's great doctors, will earn another 1 Star. Until they get rid of this weed in their office, people will forever complain.
