  Was referred by my insurance to this doctor. The person answering the phone wanted details of my private health information which should be between myself and the physician, or people involved in direct care, not non medically trained schedulers. Very bad experience with trying to schedule a consultation. It seems this doctors hires non medical people to answer the phone and act as gate keepers between him and patients; thus keeping patients from receiving care. Not a good experience at all. Good way to loose business though.

  I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Amirlak! He is honest, clear, compassionate, and incredibly professional. Truly a gem in his field! I appreciated how direct and thoughtful he was throughout the process, making me feel informed and supported every step of the way. He is not only a highly skilled and knowledgeable surgeon but also compassionate and genuinely caring. He doesn’t overpromise or sugarcoat anything, which I deeply appreciated. His direct, honest approach made me trust hm immediately. His entire team is amazing.

  The staff is sweet and super helpful however the doctor seems to be very controlling of the staff to the point where they are stressed and overwhelmed. Communication was mainly through the portal and if your not familiar with that you can miss critical information and get surgery canceled. And if you need any assistance rushing the labs Dr amirlak is not willing to assist. Wasted a whole 5 hour drive down there for nothing. Don't recommend him because to me I felt just like another number not a patient. Also I rarely got any phone calls back.

  Dr Amirlak and all of his staff are lovely. He takes his time and explains everything and answers all questions asked. Very professional doctor and staff. I am getting Botox for migraines and am very excited to see if it works!
