This is a very good medical clinic. Everyone was very professional, helpful and appeared to love their jobs. It was my first visit, so I wasn’t a quick in and out patient, but couldn’t have been happier. I was changing to a new PCP, as my other retired after 26 years. I was initially anxious but left relaxed and happy. Jennifer Burbridge, FNP, was extremely nice and thorough. I will miss my other PCP, but am very happy to have found Jennifer.

The worst reception staff at Cypress. I had an appointment with Dr. Romero, and the long-haired black receptionist was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. She didn't even try to help me with my insurance so I could have my appointment on time. The receptionist's patient service was the worst ever—very disappointing.

Not happy with Dr Christian Romeros office tried many times including going to the office, to see if we can get the labs before the appointment since we live far and being Seniors would not have to drive again. Today tried again not successful, have spoken to Lili, Mark, Bruno, Sarah was supposed to call us back nothing, was a patient 2024, so wanted to come after we moved to Katy but having second thoughts about it. They are saying it's the Doctor but he was a sweetheart and good Doctor when we had him before, very dissapointed. Today is Tuesday and we would need to set up an appointment with the lab and nothing.
I have never experienced customer service as bad as what I’ve consistently encountered at Wellspire Medical Center. This applies to all three locations—Cypress, Humble, and Atascocita. The front desk staff never seem to know what they’re doing, and every visit feels chaotic and disorganized.
Twice I had test results faxed to them, and both times they claimed they never received anything, even after confirming the exact date and time. The sender had to resend everything because their system “never gets it,” yet no one takes responsibility or offers a solution.
They also never call to inform you whether your results are normal or if you need to come in. Calling them is exhausting—phones rarely get answered, calls go to voicemail, and promised callbacks never happen.
The doctors themselves are excellent, and that’s the only reason I’ve stayed this long. But the customer service is so terrible that it overshadows everything else. Even when you arrive early for an appointment, you still wait 30–40 minutes in the lobby and another 10–20 minutes in the exam room. You are barely acknowledged and often made to feel like you’re inconveniencing them.
Wellspire has amazing doctors, but the front-desk and administrative staff make the entire experience frustrating and stressful. This level of service is unacceptable for any medical facility.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. It’s wild how difficult they are to get a hold of and unable to follow up on what they say they will do.
