Basically he called me a liar about my prescription being a workman’s comp claim even though I had a paper stating WC big as daywith restrictions stating take your meds. It was for ibuprofen. Hello, I can take 4 at the house to equal what was prescribed not like it was something special. Then he’s going to say the insurance company will deny it. How when I have claim number, group number, and BIN. If he didn’t already have the prescription, I would have gone somewhere else. No worries though, thanks to Victor I’ll pick up this prescription and then will NEVER use a Kroger pharmacy again. Shame Kroger pharmacy is fantastic in other states. Victor needs to take classes on customer service. Horrible service and employees.
