- FRfrancis RodriguezMar 24, 20264.0I want to start by saying I am very pleased with the care and knowledge Dr. Le provides. However - as I went to order my glasses online, it asked me to enter in my prescription information. At one point it asked for a PD number. As I reviewed my prescription, I realized there is no PD number on my prescription. I called the office and was told the PD is not typically measured and this is something that requires being requested. It would have been helpful to know this information at the time of my appointment. The receptionist verified my information, my address, etc. A simple "If you are considering ordering glasses online, please let us know so we can request Dr. Le to measure your PD" would have saved me a lot of frustration and hassle. Ordering glasses online is a common practice. I Dr. Le considers revising their standard operating procedures to include measuring the PD and including it on the prescription, or at the very least asking the patient if they plan to order online and providing the option for you to measure the PD. This would improve customer satisfaction and encourage us to return in the future. Again, I am very happy with the care and knowledge Dr. Le provides; however, this mishap has caused some frustration with trying to order my glasses.
