- NNNick Castillo (NickStC)Oct 28, 20251.0Spring Cypress & Grant Pharmacy staff is usually fine but yesterday (10/27 @ 11am) the person that answered the drive-thru was absolutely rude & very unprofessional. I got a text that said my prescription was ready for refill, I was just passing by at the time so I pull in. Before I could say what I was there for she asked for my DOB then doesn't let me say anything, she then says she had nothing ready & if im here for my refill, its too early & why im i trying to get it now. I tried to explain that I got a text, I was just passing by & had time so I stopped. I then say its no big deal i can come back (i ment another day when it was ready for fill.) she then gets upset and raises her her voice & says "you are not getting your med today so no need to come back" & then she said gave me a date 2 days after my refill date & said i have to wait till then. Damn! I used the refill automated service & they gave me the p/u date of 10/27 & then they sent a text its time to refill so im confused & pissed off that she or anyone would act that way to a customer just folloing their system & then to not fill my med on the true refill date like its a punishment. If I was early I can wait but no need for the attitude. Spring Cypress & Grant HEB Pharmacy staff has been getting worse over time
