  I can't brag enogh on the amazing customer service the front desk to the provider Dr. Bruchmiller, I was already nervous and in pain and had a failed root canal from another state. When I say that the doctor and his assistant went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and pain free and provides the best advice to my situation, It was great and to walk away plased and no pain it was amazing. They also reach out to check on me this morning to see how I was doing. I went to get a crown and the dentist that I saw was in aww of how great my root canal was she was so impressed. Thank you all for your help and amazing service.

  I was sent here as a referral from my regular dentist and I must say my experience here exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was pleasant and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommend Gulf Coast Endo!

  I was welcomed with a smile when I arrived, paperwork was ready for me to complete, everything was smooth and I was very happy with my appointment. Everyone made me feel comfortable and although I was getting a root canal it was a very efficient and low stress experience. Thank you to everyone who helped me.

  I am elderly and have trouble breathing when I am flat on my back. So I was very anxious about a root canal but they were very patient with me and stopped work when I needed to catch my breath. They were also amazingly good at keeping the whole process painless! Right down to the details of numbing jell that didn’t taste bad they were great!

  First off I do want to say that the Dr and the brand new dental assistant were GREAT. The issue was with the MA Dana. I was very anxious about having a root canal (which I noted on their paperwork AND I even heard her comment to the receptionsist about it) and she made my anxiety go through the roof! No offer of comfort or laughing gas or anything to ease my visit. Then she kept asking me why I was there to which I replied for a root canal? "but why are your here?" "because my dentist referred me?" I said. Then she said "wow, you just blindly do whatever anyone tells you to?" That was EXTREMELY unprofessional and uncalled for. She continued to pepper me with questions that should have either been in my referral or for the dr to ask NOT HER. I finally told her she was very rude and not nice. She was very rough cramming the camera into my mouth to take xrays both BEFORE and AFTER my treatment. She even yelled at the DR when he told her that one she took at the end was sufficient but she insisted on taking a second after I had to rip the camera out of my mouth because it was choking me. I could give a referral here for the DR but not while she is still employed. She definitely needs to some retraining on talking and comforting patients as well has her unprofessional attitude.
