Attended my first class last week, I really enjoyed it!! the workouts hit every area and the playlists🔥👏🏾lol. Mayra is the absolute best, answered any questions I had and made me feel welcomed. I can’t wait to try out some of the other classes.

The heated room gives it an elevated experience and the cool lavender towels at the end is seriously chefs kiss! Mayra’s classes are worth every penny! Can’t wait for my next sculpt class!!!

From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Mayra’s Sculpt and Flow class was amazing—her energy is contagious and she really knows how to motivate you to push past your limits in the best way. I also appreciated how attentive she was during class, taking the time to correct form and make sure everyone was getting the most out of the workout. It was a challenging but rewarding class, and I’ll definitely be back!
