    I called this Kroger to ask if they had any sushi grade fish. Mark picked up the phone and related to me that they did not. He said he wasn't academy sure if they did or not, but let me know that since he wasn't sure, the fish was more than likely NOT sushi grade! This was extremely helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision to not purchase any fish for sushi. This is still absolutely my go-to store for grocery shopping, and Mark only reinforced my decision to keep coming here. Thank you!

    While I have used this pharmacy for years, lately they don’t call to give me necessary updates. For example, I had called a prescription in on Monday and by Wednesday when I hadn’t heard anything, I called to follow up. It turns out that my insurance had denied my medication because my prior authorization had expired. They said “oh, I guess we should have called you.” The problem is, this was the 5th time something like this had occurred in 3 months where there was something that needed to be done by me or a doctor in order to the medication. I find this to be very inconvenient and frustrating.
