- DGD R GDec 19, 20235.0Christi and Bryce are the most amazing owner/operators of Home Instead. EVERYTHING works smoothly and flawlessly in their operations. Not all home health agencies are like that. Julia is especially helpful with scheduling. I don’t know how she does it, but she has been able to juggle any changes any time and our care never has missed a beat. I have contracted with Christi and Bryce for over one and a half years now. Cadeadria pampers my husband like he’s her favorite Grampa. Tomeka serves him likes a prince. And Marie take care of things to the point that I’m spoiled.

Since mid-Oct, HomeInstead has provided overnight care to allow me to get more sleep since my mother has been diagnosed with dementia. They are always on time, always positive attitude, and attentive and gentle with my mother. She’s always happy to see them.

I have to say that they have always responded to us in a very timely manner and have helped me out in a few emergency situations where I needed a care giver outside our normal hours without notice. It has been wonderful working with this company and the care givers they send us. I would recommend them to anyone who has a loved one they need help caring for. Home Instead has really been great in all aspects and challenges that come along in our day to day life. I do not know where I would be or where my loved one would be without the help and compassion of Home Instead. Again I would recommend that if you are looking for a company to help care for a loved one to at least give them a call and have a meeting with them before you make your decision as I am sure they will meet all of your needs.

My mom enjoys the companionship and her caregiver has been very kind, conscientious and dependable. The office staff has been helpful and communicative.
