The two appointments we’ve had we’ve shown early only to wait over 45 minutes past our appointment time. For two checkups we were there for over two hours. With appointments scheduled not as walk-ins. I’ve called multiple times for my husband’s contact prescription as we found them online cheaper than the prices they quoted us here. If they happen to actually pick up the phone you’re met with an attitude. She said she sent over the email with his prescription and didn’t, I gave it 20 minutes and called back and she cut me off twice and had a horrible attitude and said she was busy and would send it when she could. It’s 2pm on a week day, I’ve been in on a week day and a Saturday and both times the office staff mostly sat there so I’m not sure why a 30 second action of sending an email has taken days of me calling and twice actually speaking to someone and catching an attitude for a simple task when I’ve been nothing but polite. The retailer we purchased from has also been calling for days and is hung up on each time they’ve called. I normally love leaving great reviews, and had good expectations of this office. But we will definitely take our business elsewhere for our next appointment.
