Didn't wait long, very friendly - when you get ready to leave the guy from Lens Crafters retail meets you at the door and then walks over with you - and then walks you through various lenses, frames, outlines your insurance etc. Had my daughter with me and they were able to get her geared up with new frames and optics as well. Very good experience and will bring my other kids there as well once they are ready for new glasses. Rated 5*
