- CCCC CCJul 30, 20251.0Absolutely terrible experience. The tech - a clueless white girl whose name I didn't catch - had no idea what she was doing. Completely incompetent when it came to handling insurance. She had me bouncing between two pharmacies for no reason, only to tell me after all that that my insurance didn't even cover the medication. That's something she easily could've figured out from the beginning if she bothered to ask someone or actually do her job. Instead, I wasted time and ended up paying more - all because she couldn't be bothered to double-check anything. Useless and unqualified. Sad that H-E-B has to keep people like this hired - but I guess if they didn't, they'd have no one left to do the job.
