- BDB DavisFeb 19, 20261.0On a monthly recurring basis I have to call several times to see if my script is in stock. Most times they do not have it and when I do manage to catch them on a day when they have it stocked, the rep then tells me they will go ahead and process the refill. But it seems that if I do not call no action would take place to actually fill the script unless they are contacted. Also for my other prescriptions their automated system will call you several times a day to either let you know it is ready or (yet again) out of stock and they couldn't fill it. The calls were so numerous that I had to have them blocked and it seems they call for every single prescription instead of by customer profile.
