  I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible. I was over charged by almost $200 multiple times and they will not refund it. They said they will. Everyone was VERY nice. They assured me they absolutely could do that. They transfered me to the billing department who also assured me they will give me the refund I just need to wait 10 days. Two months later still no refund. I followed up. Everyone is so sorry about the mistake and sure they will do it correctly this time. Another month goes by STILL NO REFUND. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE! I don't care if it's close and convenient at this point. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else.

  It was a great experience for us, front desk lady was very friendly, Dr. was very nice and helpful, took his time with us. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!

  We got there and were seen IMMEDIATELY and they were so sweet to my son. I really mean it if you live by here with kids use them first it was super clean and had really nice rooms And a good efficient doctor! My son already feels better.

  I had an excellent experience at this urgent care clinic. I brought my mom in for the flu, and from the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and very attentive. The check-in process was quick, and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen, which was a huge relief. The medical team took the time to carefully listen to her symptoms and explained everything clearly, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured. They were gentle, patient, and truly caring throughout the entire visit. The clinic was also very clean and well-organized. I’m very grateful for the level of care my mom received. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing prompt and compassionate medical attention!

  Worse NP I have ever seen. Her name is Amber Wright. She works at the AFC location on Barker Cypress Rd in Cypress, TX. She did not ask any History questions. She did not ask about my current medications or any other pertinent HPI, ROS, etc. Nothing whatsoever. She did not do any PE. They did a UA and a finger-prick glucose test. I had several symptoms that pointed to an acute bacterial prostatitis, but she overlooked all the symptoms except for the lab results of white blood cells in my urine. She didn’t do a prostate feel. Nothing whatsoever. Not even cardio, respiratory, or abdominal. Even though I complained about stomach pain. She didn’t put her hand on me. She prescribed me a medication (antibiotic) that does not work for men because it doesn’t reach the prostate. When I told her that the evidence-based research/practice shows a different drug in the fluoroquinolone class that is more suitable for my condition, she refused to even reconsider. She is very incompetent.
