Staff is nice. Its long and narrow so when doing supersets you have to walk half the building that's the only downfall. (like doing dumbbell's and pulleys)

The lady i spoke to said she was suppose to cancel it and would call me back that Monday. Never got a call back but just figured at least its cancels and went on about life. come to find out I woke up to another charge taken for the membership that was suppose to be cancelled. I called and spoke to a manager that was very rude and unhelpful. i informed him that i spoke to a lady before and he told me i would have had to come in there to cancel ( never was i told this by the lady i spoke to before) I was also told there was no way i could get a refund even thought I HAVE NEVER WENT TO THE FACILITY. :)
