They are very reasonably priced. They have namebrand products there. I bought some Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses for over half of what they would’ve been anywhere else.

Lena Crafters has a great selection and excellent customer service! The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Olivia helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and made the experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great service and helpful adjustments from Yumiko! I still kinda resent the Luxottica monopoly (covered by that old episode of "Adam Ruins Everything" on YouTube). But the in-store service was a big plus at LensCrafters in La Palmera. My last set of glasses were purchased online (trying to save money), and Miko pointed out that my online glasses had never been adjusted to my face. She was super friendly and helpful in choosing glasses that looked good, actually fit, and wouldn't be as likely to slip off. She helped me find frames that were pretty close to what the EyeMed plan covered. Good experience overall.

Zero stars. JUAN is so rude. He was so upset that I went in to get a refund on $500 glasses that I physically could not function in. The lenses are large and so thick it makes everything hard to not get dizzy. He has a bad attitude and acts like a small child. I cannot stress how upset and dramatic he acted over a return. I told him I would come back when I had time to look for smaller framed lenses. He was so mad he told me in the rudest way possible not to go back until I went back to my eye dr for a revised prescription and also told me not to get the same lens again. Who does he think he is. He then went to pull my history records lol and was loudly saying I have a pattern of doing this. First off I havent purchased anything in over 10 years at lenscrafters and I have never made a return. I think he might be some kind of tiny manager so he feels like he owns the company and can treat customers however he wants. Hes just a sad pathetic little man child who should not be in customer service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
