- MFMama FDec 17, 20181.0The “helpers” are not helpful at all. Their idea of assistance was to sit and watch tv with my aunt. They microwaved meals- never read package directions so some meals were inedible. When they were given specific directions about a certain way my aunt wanted something done they argued with her. They would use the last ice from ice trays and then not refill them. Company was uncooperative about sending help at two times of the day. When my aunt first got out of physical rehabilitation facility she had 24/7 assistance- many things from her home were stolen and the helpers slept in the guest room and wouldn’t wake up when she needed help getting up to use the bathroom. The list goes on and on.
