- MLMontana LopezApr 12, 20261.0I always come here for my kids medicines and never have any problems with them. This time was horrible. The medication says to refrigerate, when my husband picked it up and came home with it not even five minutes later, because we live right behind heb. The antibiotic medicine was very warm like it been left out all day or night or however long till they put my kids label on it. He asked to flavor the liquid with bubble gum. It didn't taste like bubble gum at all. It tasted extremely horrible my son threw it right back up. I tried a drop & spit it out because it tasted very bad. Im pretty sure they gave my son expired medicine. I went to see if i could get it replaced & the most fakest insincere employee i spoke to basically told me to bad. She can't replace it and confirmed it was kept at room temperature. Also What a shocker her manager that could do something wouldn't be in till tomorrow. In all this time my sick kid will be without his medicine. Im very disappointed in this pharmacy. If the other employee are as bad as the lady i spoke to i hope they get replaced or trained better.

- CSChristian ScottehNov 15, 20254.0Pharmacy workers are helpful when talked to but sometimes they can make you just wait there and you can tell they don’t want to talk to you. Had workers buying stuff for each-other swiping their cards when I was waiting in line to get my prescription. Oh ya and when they finished they didn’t help me out someone else came up and helped me out. 2 people just acted like I wasn’t there.
