- JJJarrodNov 28, 20255.0As a complete yoga newbie, and as a guy, I wasn't sure at first if I'd feel out of place just showing up... But after trying several different classes from different instructors at Zaya, any concerns I had are completely gone. The staff here are SO incredibly welcoming and generous with their knowledge, and I've never once been made to feel awkward because of my inexperience. Likewise the other clients here, everyone I've encountered at Zaya has been just so enthusiastic and warm! Couldn't recommended it more for anyone at any skill level.

I love that we have this small community that i also hope grows more and keeps thriving. There's so many different classes to experience. Each instructor brings their own vibe and teach style not one class is alike.

I love everything about this place — the schedule is packed with a great variety of classes at times that actually work for real life. The facility itself has such a calm, welcoming vibe — no pressure, no pretension, just a really chill atmosphere. And the instructors? Every single one I’ve practiced with has been knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in creating a great experience for everyone in the room. It’s also close to home, which makes it so easy to stick with my practice. I’m so grateful to have Zaya in my neighborhood. Highly recommend. ---
