- AAAliana Alcoser5 days ago1.0FALSE ADVERTISING left mid eye exam they waited till they checked my eyes on 3rd machine that there was additional charges to talk to doctor. Walked out business should tell you ahead of time what charges would be I went in for the 7 for $79 promotion with free eye exam and somehow got totaled to $178 should not be a extra charge go talk to the doctor.Service not great at all made an appointment and wasn’t seen till an hour later. Front girl didn’t tell us the whole time waiting where to wait stood in front thinking we were next and never got called until my grandma told them something about the long wait.

Proceeded to get exam for 79$ as advertised then I was told I would have to pay 20$ to see dr on site I agreed it was that or some virtual dr on a screen which I chose to see a dr. After seeing dr and choosing lenses and option total came out to almost 1000$ for two pairs of glasses! I decided to get my prescription and shop around . Then I’m told total for exam came out to 139$ , when I asked why it was 40$ more I was told that I was informed wrong about price to see a dr on site ! This place is a joke lesson learned I will never choose this place again..

Real star of the day was Pamela, she was professional and on point with the contacts. This is 3rd year of getting eye exam at this location. Pamela's great customer service ensured ill be back next year
