  My grandson was getting medical supplies from Russell and his last supplies were in December 2025. He went without for the whole month of January he finally got a shipment from his new provider with no problem they give him a lot more feeding bags which surprised me because I always had to struggle to get feeding bags from Russell. Due to Candice and her ugly attitude I was forced to change providers just because I wanted a list of his supplies and she got very upset and said that she will not turn in for his shipment for January 2026, all because the person that works the office Candice has no customer service whatsoever and the rest of the ladies in the office follow her attitude or at least try to but she's a very horrible person not to me but to the children that are in need she does not care if they go without and she's not willing to do anything to help and if she does very little and now I'm very happy now so my best advice to anyone that's considering Russell don't do it!!!!!

  Was surprised by how high the prices were, and they do not allow payment over the phone. For elderly patients who rely on someone else to pick up for them, this policy is extremely inconvenient.

  Came here after receiving the wrong size boot for my son from another medical supply store. Maria fitted him for the correct size boot and was so gentle with him. She was very caring and professional. Crystal helped me when I called and she was also very informative and polite. Everything was done in a timely manner. 12/10 would recommend.

  Staff at Russell Medical have been very helpful in deciding on the needs for my daughters wheelchair. This is the second chair we have gotten from them, and they have always been super sweet! (Especially Candice Russell)! Thank you for being so professional and kind to my family.
