I’m on a very common medication with a strict seven-day pickup window, yet each time the staff seems unaware of what’s going on. Last night, I came to pick up my prescription it wasn’t ready again. I was told to come inside so they could move on to other customers. By the time I parked and walked in (about three minutes), it was ready. When I returned to my car ten minutes later, the same customers were still waiting. So what exactly did that solve? After eight years at this pharmacy, it’s clear the customer service H-E-B prides itself on doesn’t exist here. I’ll be transferring to another location.
