Called and spoke to a manger n all they can say is they don’t know why they can’t see if their is a long line like I know it’s policy to not have people on the phone for so long !!! N this is ridiculous that you have to stay on the phone for over 30 min to finally get an answer and it’s please hold so waiting over a hour is CRAZY !
