    Seems like it’s always a hassle to get your medication and have to go back and forth prove what the doctor prescribed smh sad to have such issues getting your meds

    The worst service ever was in line for an hour this is ridiculous. even time I go in everyone is just procrastinating the line is always so long and slow inside and out

    Been on hold for over 30 min if I could give it ZERO I would !!! Called a second time same deal ! Very annoying ! Called and spoke to a manger n all they can say is they don’t know why they can’t see if their is a long line like I know it’s policy to not have people on the phone for so long !!! N this is ridiculous that you have to stay on the phone for over 30 min to finally get an answer and it’s please hold so waiting over a hour is CRAZY !

    I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20years. I have no complaints about them. They always call me when the meds. Are ready. They always answer my calls,when I have a question. I'm very satisfied. Thank you HEB Pharmacy. Keep up the excellent job.
