- ALAlois LupAug 1, 20251.0I had a Dexcom G7 sensor malfunction during the 25 minute grace period. I came in with some certificate Dexcom gave me for a replacement and was speaking with Pharmacy technician Linda. She was extremely rude from the start, and I let her talk to the Dexcom representative. She wouldn't replace the product , even with the voucher. She informed me that she had to take my last script on file , but that it would require a prior authorization because I had 10 days left on thr previous months script. The floater pharmacist a shorter Hispanic lady comes up to the desk, and starts arguing with me about this. She said that she'd transfer my prescriptions wherever I want, and didn't seem to care about the situation. Both were very rude and I will never step foot back in this store again because of them. I've been shopping here for 20 years, and I've never been disrespected like this before. The floater then calls security on me , even though I never raised my voice or reflected a bad tone. HEB do better in hiring staff!!! I will be taking my business to WALMART!!!
