She called me back with exactly what had happened and I understood what the difference was. She was very helpful.
- GGGypsy GurlOct 1, 20255.0In case you didn't know, (I didn't) HEB has a compounding pharmacy in San Antonio, your meds are compounded there and sent to your local store to pickup. There is about a weeks turn around, but you will save a lot compared to the local compound pharmacies in Corpus.
- MCMarina CaballeroDec 26, 20211.0Poor customer service. My scripts were sent from an urgent care facility. I told the staff I was willing to wait, as I was not feeling well. The pharmacy technicians response was, “I can’t promise I’ll get that done right away, it’ll be a couple hours”. The staff was rude, inconsiderate, and had no sense of urgency. The impression given was that I was inconveniencing and interrupting her. HEB should consider a waiting process or measurement that techs follow in order to fill urgent care facility scripts and/or acute medication in a timely manner.
