- JHJuanita HuntFeb 12, 20261.0I am sorry if you call them and ask for help transferring medicine. DO NOT MAKE FUN OF THE CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE ESPECIALLY IF THEY CAN HEAR YOU! That is plain out disrespectful in so many levels. I did not know what my doctor sent over to the wrong pharmacy. CVS said to have them call over. Did not give me any other info. Part two if I have meds for workers comp and I let you know, why argue with me and say well it's still free with your private insurance and refuse to fix it. Put it under the proper place and insurance. Please train your employees better.

We’re talking about life or death medications and not having them in stock and she couldn’t even be helpful enough to process things properly or give the right information.

Most pharmacies seem to be extremely overwhelmed and it reflects in the demeanor of the employees.
