  Not as big as the other FF gyms in town (no red light therapy or sana's). However it's kept clean, provides good customer service, Daryl in particular was super helpful. There's less crowding at this location than the rest but FYI it isn't 24hrs although it's open pretty late.

  I canceled my membership at Freedom Fitness because of how rude and unhelpful Sherri was. I’ve always brought my kids to the gym with me at night with no issues, and they were added to our family plan when we first signed up. On Thanksgiving morning, Sherri suddenly told us the kids were not allowed to come in—even though that completely contradicts the information we were originally given. When I explained the situation and asked to cancel our membership because of the incorrect information, Sherri didn’t hesitate to hand over the cancellation form. No explanation, no effort to fix the issue, nothing. Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience.

  Thanks for the Disservice! I was incorrectly billed by Freedom Fitness for several months after being assured by Tyler that my membership was canceled . This ongoing charge was for a service I never used. When I finally cancelled in writing, I was told that i am still going to be charged a improper pending annual fee after matter of discussion. i will not be paying your annual fee and even if i have to make a day out of it i will be disputing the last several months of charges. Do not trust verbal assurances from employees here; get all cancellation agreements in writing i wouldn't have left in confidence if i was sure it was going to be cancelled. Just goes to show their billing practices are misleading and improper.

  I’ve been going to this location off and on for a few years. I like that it’s got a neighborhood vibe, and it’s not pretentious. I love that gym has a women’s only area, and I use it all the time. Six months ago, I started working out regularly with Stanley doing personal training sessions. He knows how to mix it up every time and hit as may muscles as possible. He’s so knowledgeable and creative that he could probably create a killer workout stranded on a dessert island with no equipment. The bonus for me is that although I have a sensitive back, Stanley totally understands how to create safe workouts that kick by butt without aggravating my back. I love seeing myself get stronger and stronger, and I couldn’t be more grateful!
