She made my daughter doubt frames she looked great in and initially loved..lady even had opions on my choices of frames when she wasn't asked. If that wasn't bad enough they couldn't figure out insurance when i very clearly showed them I was covered and they had advertisements for my vision insurance. I had to call and speak to an agent to try and sort it out. I felt like I was being scammed or upsaled to boost commissions??? I immediately went to the Kingsville eyemart express location and everything went quickly and smoothly and they service was sooooo much better and more professional!
