I had a very unpleasant experience today (July 11, 2025) between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. at the Albertsons pharmacy in Corinth, TX. The pharmacist, Ann Lee, treated me in a very unprofessional manner. Since I don't speak English fluently, I used Google Translate to help me express myself better. From that moment on, her attitude completely changed—she became rude, impatient, and made me feel humiliated. As an immigrant, I understand how hard it can be to communicate in a different language, and I was especially surprised that a healthcare professional showed no empathy or respect. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed by the way I was treated. I hope Albertsons takes this seriously so that no other customer has to go through a similar experience. Because of this experience, I’ve asked my doctor to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I will never return to this location again.

I have had increasingly awful experiences at this pharmacy over the last few years. Uwum (pharmacist) has been the ONLY reason I keep going. She is amazing! Unfortunately, I got yelled at by a pharmacist AND a tech today because I had the audacity to ask why I wasn't informed that I needed to call my doctor to fill out a form to get my medication. I had waited for two weeks, checked multiple times, was told it was pending. I asked if they needed me to do anything. They said they didn't. They tried calling my doctor and didn't get an answer, and that's not on them. But I just don't understand why I couldn't be notified that I needed to take steps. And I definitely didn't feel like I deserved to be ganged up on and told that they "don't have time to call customers" (actual quote). I understand that they are overworked and understaffed and I'm usually very patient with them. But I asked a simple question, didn't raise my voice, was perfectly calm, and instead got a lecture. Still don't have meds lol.

Prices are comparable to Whole Foods and Sprouts but the quality is below. Their in-store French bread was my favorite but I bought some today and noticed it’s a much smaller loaf and tastes like sour dough bread. I hate sour dough bread

I would give 0 stars if possible. They are the rudest staff and they are not there to help. Change pharmacies quick.

To tail some of the other reviewers, customer service is sub par overall. We have been coming here for about 4 years now. Nicole the pharmacy tech and Quen (pharmacist)are the only reason I stay their customer, because they both really care for their customers. As for Russell (pharmacist) and Daniel (pharmacy tech) those two are about as unhelpful and as you can get, and more times than not I have the pleasure of dealing with both of them. Daniel- multiple times says they don't have my Rx nor my children's that my dr.'s office has sent them. Today I asked him to check the voicemail line as well as fax and efax. He always acts put out and surprised by needing to check all places before saying they don't have it. Last time this happened he put me on hold for 20 mins in which I finally hung up and called back. Fortunately I got Nicole this time and expressed my utter frustration with Daniel. She said I'm not the first person to have issues with him. Also can I just say how annoying it is when he asks if I still live at my address? Like does it even matter? Since when does needing to know if I still live on THE (insert street name) matter in order for me to get my meds?
