  One of the worst Plasma Centers I have ever been to. Haven't been there very long and already had a lot of miss sticks and then to top it off 9 weeks ago they messed me up so I had to wait 8 weeks before I could come back then I was finally able to come back on 03.Feb.2026 donated 3x all went good then today 24.Feb.2026 I went to donate and all was going good untill we almost got to the end just for someone that works there to see that the machine was setup wrong and they were not able to give me my blood back because of the machine being set up wrong so now I have to wait again another 8 weeks till I can donate. . Im glad nothing happend to me. . I know one thing I will never go back to kedplasma again plusI recommend everyone not to go to copperas cove kedplasma Center unless you want to go throw what i went throw.

  I'm josiah yoncher and I posted a comment regarding a horrid experience and I had a comment to report the issue and when I did they gave a case number but I haven't heard back from them for more than 2 weeks. This is ridiculous and horrible service. I was patient and I tried to be understanding but 3 weeks without any updates is just horrible service

  Donated for the first time yesterday was an amazing experience wasn’t as scary as I thought it was staff was extremely nice and patient with me. Definitely will keep going.

  I had Showed up and donated Wednesday and when I Did they messed up The IV twice. The first time they stuck it in they were shaking and pulled the needle in and out about 4 times and ruptured my vein and didn't notify me and then called over another person to ask if they can use the same needle in the other arm which your not supposed to do and when that was finally figured out. they proceeded to do my other arm and another member started shaking around the IV and pulling it out and in several times. She then said She was going to do a Third Restick and I told her That I did not wish to get stuck a third time and I rather be disconnected where she then ignored me about 3 times when I was saying I was done and she almost attempted a third time until a male employee stepped in saying if I say no it meant no. The lady then proceeded to be rude and rolled her eyes and then said it was my fault since I obviously didn't drink enough water and when I told her I did drink water. She rudely said I was obviously lying. She finally mentioned That my first stick ruptured my vein and would bruise badly and mind you I asked through out the whole thing what was wrong. so they withheld the fact they ruptured my vein. So after I left I called to report and talk to someone regarding payment where I was informed that I wouldn't be paid the newcomer pay since I was disconnected early and Proceeded to get annoyed with me. Im Beyond Livid with the Care I received and Lack of support. Newcomer bonus is supposed to be $100 and I received $29. The Care and Service I received was Terrible and Unprofessional
