- CBChristian B.Nov 8, 20244.0We dont have Drive Through Pharmacies in Germany, unless that changed since 2018. Compared to other places I am glad you can go to the drive through to drop off and pick up medication. Is it fast, not necessarily, however given the high amount of regulations (DEA, FDA etc) that need to get researched before handing out prescriptions I consider a few minutes of wait time is not bad. I usually drop doctors note off and pick it up later or the next day. I am not the most patient person, but being pissy with somebody that gets my pain medication for me, just doesn't pass common sense.
