A rep came up to me during my workout and told me that I would not be allowed to come back until I corrected my membership which I had no idea. There was any problem with it The Golds gym Copperas Cove does not ever answer their phone. I gave the rep at the desk my current member number in person she said it did not work. I talked to the manager. He told me I needed to get a new number. I called my membership silver & fit. They gave me the exact same number. I explained to the lady at Silver and fit that the manager told me that number did not work so she called Golds Gym and the manager told them that was not the number I gave them which was not true. I gave the rep the correct number she even wrote it down. The manager told me my membership was canceled because I owed them money, which was another non-truth because my membership does not cost anything. It’s just very hard to find good customer service. Also, this gym shows online that it has a pool it does not it’s been closed for a couple years And had they answered the phone I would not be writing this review

Arrived at the gym at 0815 to use my free pass and sign up for a membership only to be told by the man at the desk that I can't do that until 0900. I asked if I could start my workout and when the sales people arrive I will do the necessary paperwork. His response was "no", it has to be "approved", however I could pay $15 to workout for the 45min until 0900. No thanks!!!! You just lost a customer! *** I have changed my initial rating to now reflect "5 stars". The GM (Justin) reached out to me and the initial issue has been resolved. justin has bent over bCkwards to ensure that I am happy and satisfied with the gym. I have since enrolled and could not be happier! The gym is clean, as are the machines, the staff is friendly.... and those classes, WOW!!!!!! Thanks for truly caring about your customers!!!
