I recently celebrated one year since joining Gold’s Gym, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience!
The staff is always welcoming and informative whenever I have questions. I also use the childcare services, and while there was a small issue at one point, I brought it to the attention of the GM, Ofibio, and it was addressed quickly and professionally, which I truly appreciated.
The childcare team is incredibly caring and always makes my child feel welcome. Izzy and Lilly have been especially wonderful! they make me feel completely at ease when I drop my child off. It’s clear they genuinely care about what they do.
The cleanliness of the gym is top-tier in my opinion. The maintenance team does an amazing job keeping everything clean and well-maintained. You can tell they work hard to stay on top of it.
Genesis at the front desk is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist members and keeps things running smoothly.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this gym and would definitely recommend it!

I want to make it very clear I keep to myself when I’m at the gym and never had issues at any gym I’ve been to. I have been debating on doing a review, because I was at this gym for years, but as a women. I feel it’s important to let other women know, they do not follow their harassment policy. I was harassed and stalked for 7 months with no support from the gym. The general manager is a veteran and if the guy harassing you is one also, promise you they will take their side regardless. I made numerous complaints and the front desk lady is just staring off into space, she does not care and made that clear. The first complaint, I got no call because the GM didn’t “feel the need to because the creep didn’t touch or record me” but staring at me and stalking me around the gym and inside the parking lot is perfectly okay, asking to watch me workout and when I say no just tell me it’s okay I’ll just watch in the distance is okay also.. one person tried to tell him to stop and he blamed me for it because I’m working out in front of him… the machines face each other. I changed my attire, my routines, and still didn’t stop. When I finally did get a call after my 3rd complaint I just got excuses on why he couldn’t speak to him. I didn’t have the guys last name so, went up to the front. Oh can’t give it out due to security reasons. And the “well he’s a veteran and may not be aware of what he doing” excuse, but didn’t know who I was talking about? I come from a huge military family, my husband is a combat veteran and all are pretty aware of what’s right and wrong. 7th month hit I did 6 complaints in total, lady in front has no care at all and after nonstop staring, staying in his suv til my husband left. Then come in and just have a staring session, I tried to come in at the same time as my husband and he comes in early trying to “pump” up on my husband, walk all close to him and glare at him like he’s suppose to be scared of him and walking so close to me he could’ve touched me, I had it and I yelled. I was loud, and scared. I cried to my husband about it and he was suppose to get a call. I did get a call from the assistant manager Breana who was kind and made me feel heard, I was willing to try to stay at the gym but then that awesome general manager called and told me he had a long hour talk with the guy and spoke to other people, reviewed (wouldn’t call my husband, nor anyone I know, I got a 10 min call and he sound like it was annoyance to even speak to me) he wanted ME to reassure HIM that I wouldn’t do that again because that isn’t tolerated… but being harassed and stalked is? It wouldn’t of happened if the manager did their job and actually spoke to the guy on the first complaint. But it wasn’t important. They also do not give you the corporate number, That is like pulling teeth. The gym had black mold but instead of telling the members this, they lied and said it was construction. That’s a health hazard.. But the front desk lady told us before she left. Harassment should be taken seriously and it’s not there. Especially if your a veteran. you have free game. Your paying 37 for a mediocre gym, with a pool that is included but has never been open since I was there. Do your research on other gyms, I swear there’s better ones and make sure they actually do follow the harassment policy.meet with the general manager, see how they are before committing to a gym ( I let this slide with this one because I was excited to have a gym so close) I cancelled and switched gyms. I read up on everything a gym should go by. I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach, the safety of your members/clients should be your number one priority regardless if their military or not. I now go to a gym that is safe, CLEAN, gives you alerts, provides you with the managers names, numbers and that corporate number. I will never recommend this gym to anyone I know, and I let anyone I knew at that gym know there is much betters gyms out there that care for the safety and health of their members.
