Since working with her, my flexibility and mobility have improved noticeably — which has carried over into my golf and pickleball game. The muscle tightness and back pain I used to deal with are largely gone, and I'm recovering much faster after long two- and three-hour sessions. Jacqueline is knowledgeable, attentive, and consistently stretches me further than I'd ever push myself on my own — safely and comfortably. Every session leaves me feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend, especially if you're an active adult looking to move better and feel less beat up.
