Evett (hope I’m spelling that right) was fantastic! I have difficult veins and she didn’t prick me until she knew for sure she had a vein. It was also clean and she got to me quickly.

Veronica did an awesome job with my draw. We started exactly on time, she was super methodical and communicative, and she got the perfect stick: I didn’t feel it one bit! I feel fortunate that the closest Quest location to me has such a good team.

1 star is WAY too many stars for this disaster. I went in for a simple blood test and somehow left feeling like I’d participated in a low-budget survival game show. First off, the waiting room had the energy of a DMV from 1997—except with more visible despair. I checked in, aged about three years, and then watched multiple people who came in after me get called back like they had some kind of VIP “actually alive” membership. When I finally got called, the technician approached my arm like it personally offended them. I’m pretty sure they were aiming for a vein but emotionally committed to the general concept of my arm instead. At one point I considered asking if they were mining for oil. The chair? Looked like it had seen things. Bad things. The kind of chair that whispers, “no one leaves here hydrated.” And let’s talk about professionalism—if by professionalism you mean loudly discussing weekend plans while actively missing veins, then wow, 10/10. By the time I left, I wasn’t sure if they had successfully drawn blood or just taken my will to live. Either way, I’m pretty confident they got something. Would I go back? Only if it’s part of some elaborate punishment system or I lose a bet.

I went in as a walk-in. There was nobody waiting. Nobody being drawn. One nurse was leaving and advised me to check in on the tablet. As I’m doing that it says the first available appointment is at 1:10 PM which is over two hours from now. The nurse who appeared to be unboxing something in one of the rooms never came out and never said anything to acknowledge I was there. I asked if there was anyway that they could take me now and she just said well what does the tablet say. And I said I just can’t wait till then. She didn’t say anything else so I said I guess I’ll go somewhere else and I left. To not even come out to talk to the person or be polite or maybe say why she couldn’t take me just any kind of communication would’ve been nice. This person was extremely rude and I will never go back to this location again.
