  I have been called in for days for a medication for pain that was called in on Friday. I asked all of the technicians, including the pharmacist if there was any voice message left by this doctor for this medication they told me there was no voicemail whatsoever. come to find out they did have the prescription called in But because it was with a pet, they didn’t put it with an owner. They didn’t call when I called. They said they have no idea what I’m talking about and then was very rude. Spoke with the pharmacist of Benita who prior to this conversation never spoke to her yet she wanted to lie and say I didn’t ask pertinent questions. She interrupted me the entire time she would not let me speak, unprofessional for any job, let alone a pharmacist, a medical professional. Vet veterinarian medicine Gives better medical treatment, medical care and information than this facility

  Alex (pharm tech) greeted me warmly in the drive through. His kindness, unexpected positive & upbeat attitude brightened my day. He was also quick, attentive & patient during the lunch rush hour. The lead Pharmacist, Kent, has been there for over a decade & runs his department like a well-oiled machine. Tenure & longevity is rare in this day & age, turnover is almost as common as being “short staffed.” But with Kent & his team, I happily drive well out of my way to use his pharmacy. His dedication, loyalty & passion for his team/pharmacy at Market Street are obvious. This is the FIRST pharmacy in over a DECADE (compared to Walgreens, CVS, Costco) that fills medications promptly, without me calling & initiating between doctor & pharmacist. All I have to do (as the consumer) is simply receive a text that it is ready for pick up. Everyone in the reviews complaining either need to communicate with their doctors/providers, or discuss pricing with their insurer. I have been a customer here for over a year, worked with multiple different pharm techs, had multiple different medications filled – never ONCE had an error/delay. Update- Alexander also is fantastic. His kindness & customer service was 10/10. Visit after visit I'm never let down!!!!

  The central filling of maintenance meds is slow. The pharmacy app doesn’t actually request refills when you request them online. Overall a disappointing experience at this pharmacy.

  Excellent staff that takes the time to learn patients by name and recognize their community. Kent and Bintha are incredibly talented at what they do and their support staff is always keenly interested in supporting their customers with a high degree of professionalism and camaraderie. While their cost of prescriptions may run a bit more on selected drugs, the outstanding customer service and the fact that I'm not just another patient makes all the difference in the world to me. The amount of empathy displayed here is immeasurable and is probably the biggest reason I don't bother with chain stores to handle my prescriptions.

  I hope this helps, if you're looking-for a Pharmacy: I have lived in Coppell, since MSP opened there and I've never had a bad experience. Charming, diligent staff, each and every one of them.
