Cela is knowledgeable, attentive, and explains movements clearly, which makes each class both effective and enjoyable. The sessions are well-structured with modifications and progressions that suit all levels. I always feel supported while being appropriately challenged. I leave every class feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized. Highly recommend to anyone looking to build strength, flexibility, and confidence through Pilates.

I want to make it clear that my review has nothing to do with the instructors—especially Lisa and Kimberly. They’ve always been great, and they’re the reason I wanted to return. My issue is strictly with the front desk and the studio’s policies. I used to be a regular member last year but had to freeze (you can max up to 3 months) and eventually cancel due to medical reasons. Recently, I rejoined on a Flex membership since I have an upcoming medical trip and couldn’t commit to the standard 3-month contract. In October, I paid the $49 rejoining fee plus $275 for Unlimited. On November 21st, I switched to the 8-class pack for $229 because I wasn’t sure how long I’d be in town. On 12/4, I thought I still had one class left for 12/5 and called to switch back to Unlimited, which they normally allow within the same billing month by paying the difference ($46). The app even let me book the class. But when I spoke with Ashley, she told me I’d already used all 8 classes, couldn’t switch back, and would need to pay another full $275—meaning I’d be charged $504 for the same month. That makes no sense. If Unlimited is $275/month, why can’t I switch within the same billing cycle? What did I even pay the Flex membership fee for if it doesn’t actually offer flexibility? The conversation felt rigid and dismissive, and it’s frustrating as a returning member. With so many new Pilates studios opening nearby, I’m going to take my business elsewhere. I’m disappointed I won’t be taking classes with instructors anymore, but after this experience, it’s just not worth it.

They charge $15 and do not last you take a class if you are 6 minutes late. The $15 charge is a cruel way of making money. Some if the instructors are amazing. The manager and some of the instructors have an attitude issue.
